i put customer satisfaction at the utmost importance. my commissions wouldn't be possible without you, the buyer, and i want to provide the best experience possible. please feel free to reach out to me, preferably on instagram and etsy, with any questions. the commission process can be confusing for new buyers. i am more than happy to walk you through each step i take!
privacy & safety.
rest assured, your privacy is my utmost priority! for this reason, i use etsy. etsy lets you as the buyer know exactly where your money is going and makes refunds much easier. i make sure not to confirm orders on my end before buyers tell me they are 100% satisfied with the finished product. this way, your money is secure within the etsy reserves until the commission is complete.

please make time to review my terms of service before making a purchase. purchasing a product from me means you understand and agree to the following:

i can post the artwork on my socials. this can be discussed if the piece is intended to be a surprise.
